CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME:  2-3 weeks 

Please be aware that I personally make all of my products by hand as they are ordered.  This can take some time depending on the size or work involved in creating your order. Please see my current turnaround time at the top of the page. It does help to add a note for me at checkout if you are needing your order for an event on a specific date.

PRICING:
Shipping price is calculated at checkout and depends on the size/weight of your order, where you live, and if your address is rural*. 
 

Once I have created your order, you will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as I have packed your order and taken it to my local post shop. Tracking information will appear once your parcel has been picked up by NZ Post from the post shop the following weekday. Parcels are generally delivered within 1-3 days of postage, but rural or South Island orders may take a day or three longer.  I cannot be held responsible for orders being late due to courier delays.

* If your address is classed as Rural by NZ Post, you must choose the Rural courier option & include your Rural Delivery number in your address. I am charged extra for all parcels with an incorrect address.

PICK-UP:
I am located near Matarangi in Coromandel.  I don't offer regular pick-up as I don't have regular opening hours & it may not always suit.  In saying that... I could organise to meet you somewhere in Matarangi, if you email me prior to ordering :)  

When ordering both flowers and other items, please be aware that they may not be available all at once, as certain custom-made pieces like bunting may require additional time for creation.  They will show in your cart as two separate shipments, and you will be charged for each.  It is the only way I can set up my website at the moment, but please feel free to contact me before you place your order.  We may be able to arrange something :) 


NEED TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE?
If you place any further orders before your first order has been sent (you'll get an email to confirm this) you will not be charged another delivery fee... as long as you have created an account and are signed in when you order.  
To check you are signed in... click the little "person" icon at the top of the page. If you need any help, contact me and I can fix your cart from my end and email it back to you to continue ordering.
