Who makes all the products you sell?
ME!!! I make everything that I sell. I import some of my supplies that I am unable to source in NZ, and occasionally I sell off some supplies that I no longer need, but all finished products are made by me, right here in Coromandel, New Zealand. You can find out more about me <-- here. :) - Emma
I would like some bunting made, but I would like to choose the colours myself. Is this possible?
Yes! You can choose from any of my current fabrics & I will make them up for you. You will find better instructions on what to do on the how it works page. If you get stuck... feel free to contact me and I will help you with your order.
I'm not sure which colours to choose or how they would look when they are together. Can you help?
Absolutely! It can sometimes be hard to imagine what the finished product will turn out like, so I am more than happy to help. I can send you photos of fabrics, ribbon etc together so it is easier to make a choice. If you want to send me a photo of what you a looking to match, then I can help you with some suggestions too.
I have already placed an order, but now I have seen something else I'd also like to purchase. What do I do?
No problem! If you sign back into your account and place your order before you are notified that I have sent your current order, then you won't be charged an extra delivery fee. I will combine both orders and send them together. If you don't have an account or are unable to sign in, contact me and I can edit your order and send you a link for payment for the extra item.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the items you have ordered & how many orders I have waiting to be made. I do try to send things as quickly as possible, but please note that I custom make lots of my products as the order comes through. Pre-made items are sent as soon as possible. Custom-made items can take a little while to be made for you. I update my current turnaround time at the top of the shipping page where you will also find more information on postage.
When can I have fresh flowers delivered?
My flowers are available for deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Simply select the day you want your flowers to arrive from the dropdown menu on the product page.
You can also pick up your bouquet in Matarangi, just let me know and we'll arrange a time to meet.

I live in the Coromandel; can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Please feel free to contact me before you place your order. We may be able to arrange something :)
When ordering both flowers and other items, please be aware that they may not be available all at once, as certain custom-made pieces like bunting may require additional time for creation. They will show in your cart as two separate shipments, and you will be charged for each. It is the only way I can set up my website at the moment, but I am more than happy to work something out if you send me a message first.
